Our Facility
Our 55,000 square-foot warehouse, located just south of Lakeland/I-4 on US Highway 17 N, is where the magic happens. With 9 acres of external storage and staging areas, we’ve got everything we need to make your project a reality—from structural steel fabrication and welding to closed-cell foam insulation for energy efficiency. We take pride in offering carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services all the way through to final occupancy, ensuring your structure is ready for life, work, and everything in between.

- Team Success Charter School, Sarasota, FL: The largest container-based building project in the U.S., featuring 147 containers and an exciting Phase 2 in the works for 2025.
- Stewart Materials: We’ve designed and produced multi-story scale houses and utility buildings for one of Florida’s largest suppliers of construction materials.
- WyattSteel Homes: We’ve built over 15 container homes, ranging from cozy 320-square-foot spaces to larger 960-square-foot homes.
- Luxury AirBnB Units: Our 22 container units for Camptel Poconos and Bonaparte USA offer guests a luxurious, sustainable mountain getaway experience.
